Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unused or defective merchandise and we'll send you another color, a new size or, if you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that too.
Mail it in
For returns: Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice then send the box back to us via insured mail to the following address: Joybell Theater, PO Box 459 (UPS or FedEx use street address of 79 N Van Buren), Nashville, Indiana 47448. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
For exchanges: Write exchange on the original invoice, and list the item(s) you would like to receive on the back. Then, include the invoice along with your merchandise in a box and ship it to the above address via insured mail. We'll send in-stock items to you right away. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

Things to keep in mind...

Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.

Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If the original payment was a check or money order, you will receive a refund check in the mail.
